Shipping policy
Packages are shipped with the shipping provider selected, and come with a tracking number.
Please note: Bell and Chime is not responsible for orders shipped and lost in transit. Please contact the shipping provider in the unfortunate event of a lost package.
For International Shipping: We ship internationally, but please note that overseas shipping will take a lot longer than domestic shipping.
For all European Union customers: Due to recent changes in the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we are currently unable to fulfill orders to the EU for the foreseeable future.
This new regulation imposes certain requirements that we must comply with to ensure product safety and legal conformity when shipping to the EU. While we are actively working to meet these requirements, the process will take time, and as a result, we have made the decision to temporarily pause shipments to the EU.
