Thank you for shopping at Bell and Chime
If your product arrives damaged, please send us an email at hello@bellandchime.com within 14 days from the purchase date. We can work out a refund or replacement. Please note: All sales are final. Refunds and replacements apply to damaged products only.
Lost Shipments: Bell and Chime will not be held responsible for orders that have shipped and gotten lost in transit. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order leaves the studio. Please contact the mailing service for assistance in the unfortunate event of a lost package.
